Return Policy
 
You may return a purchase if it meets any of the following criteria:
  • You have received an incorrect product
  • Any portion of the product is physically defective
  • The content is different from its description
  • If the product is a DVD or CD, the disc will not play in your player

You must follow the following process for returning products. If you do not follow these steps, we reserve the right to charge an additional return processing fee equal to 20% of the price of the product for processing your refund request.

1. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date that you ordered product(s).

2. Return the unopened / unused product in its original packaging. Mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

3. Once we receive the returned product, the credit card you utilized for the purchase will be refunded the full amount, less a re-stocking fee calculated as follows:
--If a product has been opened, the restocking fee is equal to 10% of the product price PLUS the combined shipping and handling fee; OR
--If a product has NOT been opened, the restocking fee is equal to 10% of the product price or the combined shipping and handling fee, whichever is greater

If requested after 30 calendar days, we reserve the right to refuse a return.

Non-deliverable items. We refund the cost of an item and the postage and handling fees for all non-deliverable items that are addressed correctly, but returned by post office for any reason. We will send you (the purchaser) an email regarding the non-delivery. You may provide us another address to reship the product, but we cannot reattempt a delivery to the same address. If we decide to refund you the whole amount (product + shipping) you may re-order the product.
