[1] Schedule for Order Fulfillment. Monday to Friday, except USA holidays when USPS is closed. Orders received by 12:00pm EST will be processed that business day.

[2] Shipping Times. Standard: 5 - 10 days delivery to destinations within the USA.

[3] Replacement. In the event an order is lost in the mail, it must be reported to DRDI within 30 days to receive credit. We use trackable shipping methods or delivery confirmation. If delivery is confirmed by the USPS or any DRDI assigned shipping company, then DRDI may elect not to reship or refund a delivered order.
